    How to Prepare Ghee Rice

    First pour 2 tbl spoon of ghee in to a hot pan. Add Cardamom – 4 no and Cinnamon – 2 sticks and stir well. To this pour 31/2  cup of water. Also add some salt to this water. when water gets boiled add washed and rinsed rice into it and let it cook.

    How to prepare the Curd Ginger Garlic Chicken Curry

    1. Take a pan and pour oil. when oil gets hot add chopped green chilly, ginger-garlic paste and stir well.

    2. To this add  4 chopped onions and stir well until it gets light brown.

    3. To this add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,pepper powder and salt . Stir well.

    4. to this add chopped tomato and then stir well.

    5. Now add cleaned chicken pieces and also pour 1 cup of water for the chicken to cook.

    6. when chicken is half cooked add 2 tbl spoon of curd and after allowing it to cook for 5 minutes add 2 tbl spoon of tomato sauce. Stir well and cook well. Now the chicken curry is ready.

    Now serve rice in a plate and garnish it with fried onions, cashew nuts and raisins.
